Walailak University and University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP), Philippines, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) via Zoom on April 20, 2026. The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in research, teaching, and joint learning development, as well as to expand international academic networks between the two institutions.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Charan Boonkarn, Vice President for Academic Affairs in Humanities and Social Sciences and Acting Dean of the School of Education at Walailak University, participated in the signing ceremony, demonstrating the university’s strong commitment to advancing academic cooperation on a global scale.
