The School of Education, Walailak University, organized its 2026 Strategic Workshop from August 9–11, 2026, at Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi Province. Faculty members and staff participated in the three-day program to review organizational performance, jointly plan future operations, and align the School’s direction with the strategic goals of Walailak University.

The workshop was designed to encourage active participation among personnel across the School and to strengthen shared understanding of organizational priorities, responsibilities, and future directions. The program covered key areas of the School’s mission, including academic affairs, teaching and learning, student development, research, academic services, organizational communication, and administration.

One of the major activities focused on translating the University’s strategic plan into policies and operational directions for the School of Education. Participants reviewed the University’s priorities and discussed how these could be effectively integrated into the School’s plans, projects, and day-to-day operations.

Each division also presented its operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from previous activities. The sessions provided an opportunity for participants to exchange information, identify areas for improvement, and jointly plan future activities and budget allocations in a more systematic and coordinated manner.

Another important component of the workshop was a lesson-learned session, which encouraged faculty members and staff to reflect on past operations and share practical experiences. The feedback, insights, and knowledge generated from these discussions were used to identify opportunities for improving work processes, strengthening internal coordination, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

The program also included Team Building activities aimed at strengthening relationships, trust, communication, and collaboration among faculty members and staff. Through interactive activities, participants were encouraged to work together, solve problems, exchange ideas, and develop stronger teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

The 2026 Strategic Workshop served as an important mechanism for building shared understanding, clarifying organizational goals, and strengthening the School’s internal capacity. By encouraging participation and collaboration across all levels, the School of Education, Walailak University, continues to enhance its organizational effectiveness and prepare its personnel to collectively advance the School toward sustainable and high-quality development.
