Walailak University’s School of Education proudly congratulates Dr. Onnipa Thaithae Pansamut on presenting her research at The 13th International Conference of School as Learning Community (SLC), held at Gakushuin University, Tokyo, Japan.

The research paper, titled “Effectiveness of Professional Learning Communities in Thai Primary Schools Enhancing Foreign Teachers’ Active Learning Management Competency,” reflects the School’s ongoing commitment to advancing educational quality and research at the international level.

This study examines the effectiveness of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in Thai primary schools, with a particular focus on strengthening foreign teachers’ competency in managing active learning. The research highlights the role of collaborative professional development in supporting effective teaching practices and improving classroom learning experiences.
