Walailak University’s School of Education proudly congratulates Assistant Professor Dr. Marisa Poomiphak Na Nongkhai on the publication of her research in the Tropical Journal of Natural Product Research, an international academic journal. The published article, titled “Efficacy of Massage Oil Containing Cannabis sativa Seed Oil for Pain Relief in Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness Among Athletes,” investigates the effectiveness of massage oil formulated with Cannabis sativa seed oil in reducing muscle pain associated with delayed onset muscle soreness among athletes.

This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge in physical care, sports recovery, and applied health research. It highlights the potential of natural product-based interventions to support athletic rehabilitation and enhance post-exercise recovery.
